The PowerSchool Parent Portal provides parents/guardians direct access to their child's student information. This includes grades, attendance, schedule, honor roll, historical grades, teacher comments, demographic information and test scores. The Parent Portal allows you to participate more fully in your student's progress.
A letter was mailed to you with an Access ID and Access Password which will enable you to create a new account If you do not have an existing account.
If you previously created an account for your child, you can just log on to the Parent Portal using the username and password that you entered when you created the account.
For those who never created a Parent Portal account or if you want to add siblings to your existing account, follow the directions below.
Creating Your New User Account
After receiving your letter, you can access the Parent Portal by going to any computer with an internet connection, launching your browser and going to this link
At the Parent Portal login screen, go down to the Create an Acccount section on the bottom and click on Learn More for complete directions on how to create a Parent Account. After reading the directions, click on the Sign In button which will return you to the login screen.
Now click on the Create Account button to enter your name, e-mail address, and create your own username and password. In the lower portion of the screen, enter your child's name and the Access ID and Access Password that you received in the letter from school. Then select your relationship to the child. When you have completed this information, click on the Enter button.
You will return to the Parent Sign In screen where you can now enter the username and password you created. Click on the Sign In button and you will now view your child's information.
Use Your Existing Account to Add a Sibling
If you already created a Parent Portal account with another sibling, log into the Parent Portal using your username and password. Select Account Preferences on the left, and then click on the Students tab at the top. Click on the Add+ button and enter the first and last name of your child and the Access ID and Access Password from the letter for the new student. Click on Submit and the new child's name will appear on the top. Click on the name to view their information.
