Do you reside within the Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District?
-
Do you have, or know of, a special needs child ages 3-21 who resides in
the district who may have communication, learning, physical, social or
emotional problems?
If so, the Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District's Child Search can help.
Our Child Search is a community wide effort to find and help
children from 3 to 21 years old who are in need of a special education
program and/or services. An extra effort is being made to
identify children between the ages of 3 to 5 years old for our
Preschool Disabilities program which serves the children with special
needs. Sometimes parents do not seek help for a child because
they do not know what services are available or that their child has a
problem.
All New Jersey public schools are required to provide programs for
children who are determined to be Eligible for Special Education and
Related Services as Preschool Disabled.
Referral, professional guidance and a special education program, if
appropriate, for children from 3 to 5 years old are available free of
charge through the Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School
District. We also provide referral information to Early
Intervention Programs for children from birth to 3 years old.
If you know of a child who may benefit from our special programs, please contact:
