The Importance of the Home-School Connection

Many of you may be familiar with an African proverb that states, "It takes a village to raise a child."  Indeed it does! Here are Clark Mills, we recognize the importance of building a positive home-school relationship to help support the needs of our students.  Your support and follow-through is essential, along with the work of the administration, teachers, and staff, in ensuring that our students achieve.

All students CAN and WILL learn!

Learning to type is an essential skill required of our twenty-first century learners.  Click here on how to access your child's TYPING PAL account.  Students are required to log-in and to practice!! We recommend doing this daily for ten minutes each day! Study Island is available for students in grades 2-5.

Attention Parents

Effective immediately, any payment by check or money order must be made payable to:  
Manalapan-Englishtown Regional Schools

The Business Office has been notified by PNC Bank that they will no longer accept checks or money orders made payable to individual schools.  This applies to payment of fees, tuition, fines and student lunch account deposits.  

Attention Parents of 4th and 5th graders:  CM is offering Minecraft after school on Thursdays.  If your child is interested in joining, please have them complete the application and return to Mrs. Cavanagh by this Friday, September 25, 2015.  You will receive a schedule for a start date and end date for the group your child will be attending.

Please note the following dates:

Grades 1-5: Trimester 1 ends on December 10, 2015.

Grades 1-5: Trimester 1 report card is available on the Parent Portal at the end of the school day on December 21, 2015.

Grades 1-5: Trimester 2 ends on March 16, 2016.

Grades 1-5: Trimester 2 report card is available on the Parent Portal at the end of the school day on March 23, 2016.

Grades 1-5: Trimester 3 ends on the last day of school.

Grades 1-5: Trimester 3 report card is available on the Parent Portal at the end of the school day on the last day of school.
